After letting him know that I had seen a few cars online I was interested in he promptly got the keys and showed us the cars. I appreciated that he took us on a nice test drive so that I could really try out the car and see how it drove. There was no pressure and Don stayed late to finish the deal a couple days later, along with Rene in finance who was also professional and helpful. Lexus of Melbourne gave me a very fair amount for my trade, and a great deal on an excellent certified preowned Lexus. I couldnt be happier! Not only is it a beautiful facility but I felt very comfortable and will recommend this dealership, and Don to anyone looking for an awesome experience. The bottom line is you will be satisfied... Shannon called and persuaded me to stop in and see a 2015 LS460 that she thought would interest me. I took her up on her offer and found out she was right about the vehicle. She is an exceptional sales person, not too pushy but very clear about the value of the vehicle she was selling. As a result, I now own a new 2015 LS460 and I am pleased about that. My salesperson, Tom Hakimi, couldn't have been better. He patiently worked with me for over three hours, test-driving five vehicles (including the owner's vehicle) and was able to give me a very competitive price, including a good trade-in for my old Lexus. From Tom, to Donny (sales manager) to TR (owner and general manager), everyone made the experience as easy as possible, even considering the out-of-state registration. My only regret is that I won't be able to use Lexus of Melbourne for service when I'm up north. More
