Owning Lexus vehicles dictates fewer need for anything but interval maintenance, therefore a caring Service Advisor is extremely valuable in minimizing your trips for serviced. Brian knows my wife and never lets her wonder what is being done to her vehicle. He cares and she feels comfortable there fore I do as well. More

We are long time Lexus owners and were interested in buying a new SUV. When we came in for a short service visit for my husband's 200CT, she introduced us to Tom Hakimi and from the beginning, we felt very comfortable with him. He showed us the new NX 200T in the showroom. He suggested that if I was the least bit interested, I should drive one. He got one and brought it up front and off we went. That sold both of us! But I think if we had felt any kind of pressure from Tom, we might have been turned off. He was very professional throughout the afternoon. He made sure we were comfortable and worked with us to get us what we wanted. Rene Echevarria, in finance, was also very nice to work with. And when we came back the next day with our trade in, Alex Colon was happy to 'sub' for Tom who was busy with another client. He successfully set our garage door opener for us! Friendly and Knowledgeable Salesperson My wife and I were interested in a new SUV, we shopped around a little and decided we would like to see the Lexus NX 200T. I emailed Shannon and set u My wife and I were interested in a new SUV, we shopped around a little and decided we would like to see the Lexus NX 200T. I emailed Shannon and set up an appointment to see the vehicle. Shannon was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle and showed us all the bells and whistles. We test drove one of the 200T's with Shannon and my wife really liked the vehicle. We spent over an hour with Shannon and not once did I ever feel any pressure to buy the car. Shannon's ability to be deal with people is a trait that everyone in the sales business should have. After we left, my wife decided she like one of the vehicles and we came back a couple days later to buy the vehicle. I'm sure I'm not alone when saying this part of the process is not my favorite thing to do, however we made it through and purchased a new 200T which is a great vehicle.
