Purchase of my 5th car from Lexus of Melbourne in the last 5 I have dealt with Lexus of Melbourne since 2010. I purchased my 1st Lexus in 2003 from PalmBeach Lexus for my wife. I was hooked on Mercedes SUV's then, having had a 2003 and a 2007, the latter of which I traded in for my 1st Lexus RX in 2010. I upgraded to an AWD RX450h in 2013, which unfortunately was totaled in an auto accident a few months ago. Lexus was my first and only choice for a replacement. My salesman Don Coppola has been excellent and truly has customer satisfaction as his #1 priority. My Service Rep, Jaime Coates, is superb and always is on top of everything. Kudos to the Managing Owner, TR Page, for running a top notch and knowledgable organization. More

Lexus bs other premium SUVS We were looking for a premium SUV and we looked at BMW, Auddi, Mercedes, Cadilac and Lexus. For the combination it came down to BMW X3 and the Lexus R We were looking for a premium SUV and we looked at BMW, Auddi, Mercedes, Cadilac and Lexus. For the combination it came down to BMW X3 and the Lexus RX350. There were great aspects we liked of both but it was the quality of customer service at the Viera Lexus dealership that made all the difference. Our sales rep was Tom Hakimi and he is a genuinely nice guy that was upfront, sincere and extremely knowledgeable about Lexus products as well as the others that we were considering. The professionalism didn't stop there, we also felt well cared after while doing the paperwork with the finance team too. After the sale Tom spent time with me going over every option (and there are numerous) until I was comfortable with the operation of the car. This was well after the store had closed because we came in late that day. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great class of car! More

My experience with the salesman, Tom Hakimi was excellent. My only drawback was with the original sales manager (I've forgotten his name), because he would not be up front in giving us a negotiated price. Other car places did, including the Winter Park dealership. It was too much game playing, creating a lack of trust. Outside of that everything was excellent, including the final negotiation with a different sales manager, the efficiency of Tom in getting us through the final sales and Mitch who got all the papers signed. Outstanding in every way I went to Lexus of Melbourne because my twin sister had a wonderful sales experience withLexus of Melbourne in 2003. When my sister and I arrived at Lexus of Melbourne, we were warmly greeted by the staff and we were handed over to Tom Hakimi (as he was the next up in rotation). Tom immediately remembered my sister and even remembered that her husband owned an air conditioning business and that my sister came to Lexus after a bad experience with BMW (BMW asked that she bring her husband back before they would deal with her!). My sister was stunned that Tom remembered all that information from twelve years ago! And we were delighted that we received Tom randomly when we walked in the door as Tom was terrific to work with in 2003! We were interested in a 2013 ES350 and Tom, (after asking my preferences) showed me a gray one with gray interior. I loved the car when I test drove it but told Tom that my husband hates black floor carpets and therefore would not like the car due to that. Tom offered to show us the white one he had available but we were out of time and I said that I would bring my husband back the next day to see the white one. Tom followed up with a call the next morning (which went into voice mail because we were on our way over!) and we arrived at your dealership in the afternoon. Tom had the white car parked out in front anticipating our return! My husband test drove the car but felt the white car with a tan interior was too blah. I suggested the gray one (with Tom's help!) and my husband agreed to at least look at it. The rest is history. He loved the car and we sat down with Tom to see if we could make the sale work. We went back and forth between Tom and the very nice, personable and totally competent sales manager (I apologize, I can't remember his name) and we walked away with our beautiful 2013 ES350. We met with the finance manager and could watch behind him through the glass as our car was being prepped for us! What a nice touch! And when we took possession, we were indoors and there was a sign mounted on a platform behind our car congratulating us on our purchase. Again, what a nice touch! We have bought many cars but NEVER have taken possession of one indoors, free from the elements. The staff, especially Tom and the sales manager, were terrific and we are delighted with our purchase! My husband even insisted that we take a midnight drive last night to listen to his CD's on our "new" car. He is on Cloud 9! Thank you again, Lexus of Melbourne, and we will sing your praises to everyone! More
