He is also a very easy going and understanding sales professional. (It takes one to know one.) He even came in on his day off to close the deal. With one exception, the whole experience was wonderful. Your finance pro needs some backup. He was slammed by all the sales activity that day which caused delays in our closing. My car was detailed, it looked wonderful. The only thing I am concerned about is when I dropped it off I had a full tank of gas, when I got it back the gauge was halfway between full and 3/4. Also, my mpg since refueling had read 39.3 and when I got it back it read 33.2. Also, my radio station had been changed, it appears as though the car had been running for all the time it was being detailed. This is WRONG!!
