Lexus of Melbourne is located a little over an hour from where I regularly stay and I booked online for the next afternoon. It was easy. The service was completed promptly and efficiently. The personnel were very accommodating and suggested another service which was optional but recommended. Then I was on my way to Miami in a sparkling Lexus. A shout out to John and another gentleman (whose name I didn't get) who checked me in.
