He was a low-pressure salesman and we never felt rushed or coerced in any way. He welcomed my request to have the car inspected by my mechanic. His warm personality and patience were wonderful in what is often a positive but stressful experience - buying a new car. The dealership was having a very busy day and the finance process was backed up. So, once I made my decision, Keith took the time to orient me fully to every aspect of the new car. It was extremely helpful. I keep my cars for a long time, so when I have to buy a car, it is a big deal.
