Cuestas, Lexus Certified Technology Specialist was exceptional in knowledge, experience and customer care, while I selected a new Lexus NX 300 on October 28, 2017. John took the time to help us test drive several pre owned SUVs, completed the transaction with the sales management team, and prepared the car with Red Bow and all for our completion of the purchase. John also provided a hands on identification of how to operate the vehicle and addressed all of the functions inclusive of all operational requirements. Purchasing the car was an great and positive experience. Mr. Casey Downey, Financial Services Manager was also very knowledgeable and helpful.
