He too I was looking for a new Lexus ES-350, knew what I wanted in it, so I went to Lexus of Melbourne, John Moriarty saw me, came to my assistance. He took me around the dealership until I spotted my car. It had everything I was looking for. so i purchased it, John went over all the equipment with me so I could operate it efficiently. Even after i had the vehicle for a while, and I needed John's assistance, he was always willing to help. He was always friendly and professional. Whenever I come back for a service on either one of my ES-350's I stop in to see him. John made buying my new ES-350 easy and enjoyable experience. More

My Very First Lexus! We came in a couple days ago to inquire about a 2017 Lexus RX 350. Shane Singer approached us very professionally and not overly aggressive. (Over aggressiveness would have made me find the closest door!!!) He guided us through a couple of different models and was very accommodating when we wanted to see a different interior color or car with different features. He was able to answer every question we fired at him with no hesitation. We really appreciated his effort, candor and politeness, all the while selling us a car. He researched other locations for the exact car I wanted and the follow through was fabulous. I picked up my new car today and he spent a couple of hours carefully going through all of the various functions this car has. I feel very confident that I know a lot about this car from his guidance today. I also really appreciated that they had my license plate already installed on my new car....one less hassle.
