We had such a wonderful experience at Lexus Marin and would highly recommend. We worked with Christ Michaud as our sales rep and he was amazing!! He was willing to work with us to find the best possible deal and we never felt pushed/pressured. He followed up after the purchase too and assisted with some minor things to work out after the purchase. I cannot recommend him enough. He was so much more informed than sales representatives we encountered at other dealerships and most importantly made it clear he wanted to help. We felt like he was honest and transparent in the purchase process which wasn’t something we encountered at other dealerships. More

Christ Michaud is a star! ! After a full day of hunting for our 16 year old’s first car, we thought we’d strike out again. But we walked in late on a holiday and were lucky ! He was awesome and gave us the full Lexus experience regardless of our budget. When nothing in stock worked, he went the extra mile and asked his manager if anything new was coming in. Sure enough, a trade-in from the day before hadn’t even hit the inventory and it turned out to be the perfect car!
