Had a not so good experience here. I purchased a new UX only to find out the next morning that particular VIN would not accept a hitch. Since I ride an e-bike that was critical to me s I purchased a new UX only to find out the next morning that particular VIN would not accept a hitch. Since I ride an e-bike that was critical to me since the car is too small to put a bike inside and the bike is too heavy to go on the roof. It seems like the dealer/salesperson should have been responsible for knowing this. As a result I had to sell the new car back to them (now used with 300 miles on it) and took a big financial hit since I was told sales tax and DMV were transferred electronically and couldn’t be refunded. That plus it now being a used car cost me about $7500 plus I had the cost to buy the NX which is substantially more. Not happy since I feel the dealer should have known this before I bought the car. I’ve never had a car in my life that couldn’t take a hitch, be it an Audi, Mercedes, Subaru Outback or Camry. More
