Once Tom Schultz corrected my account and service record, proceeded with oil change. The alignment which should have occurred at the 15,000 check was done today. I’m not sure why the alignment at 15,000 proceeded with oil change. The alignment which should have occurred at the 15,000 check was done today. I’m not sure why the alignment at 15,000 miles was not performed at that time. Added tire wear with needed alignment is concerning. Secondly, I purchased this certified vehicle with approximately 13,000-14,000 miles and I wonder why an alignment was not done prior to sale. I don’t drive any vehicle hard enough to warrant an alignment especially when I’ve added only approximately 5,000 miles since purchasing. I would appreciate a response to this review. This is not the first time I’ve questioned this service department. More
