Electrical issue resolved I had my RX 330 towed to Lexus of Maplewood over the holiday weekend because it would not go above 1,000 RPMs. The service department called me first I had my RX 330 towed to Lexus of Maplewood over the holiday weekend because it would not go above 1,000 RPMs. The service department called me first thing this morning to get more information. The problem was evaluated and resolved before mid-day. The original inspection/diagnostic fee was all I was charged. I am very pleased. The only thing that kept me from giving a 5 star rating was that I received a laundry list of proposed repairs that, in my opinion, was over reaching. However, they did not paint a picture of doom and gloom if the additional repairs were not performed, nor did they try to pressure me to do so. I will return. More
