Charge me for stuff I did not ask for. Waste two hours for them rotate my tires, but I found out at the end, they did not even rotate and also got charge for it. I had to ask for refund. While walking me to the car, Tom noticed some marks on the car from a previous fix that I improvised, and he insisted on getting a cleaning solution and cleaning it off very quickly, even though it was raining. Another worker helped me reset the odometer to my preferred setting, and I was on my way. More
