Reliable and trustworthy it's hard to build trust with a dealership....the common perception is that a dealership will do everything possible to get your money. Lexus of Maple it's hard to build trust with a dealership....the common perception is that a dealership will do everything possible to get your money. Lexus of Maplewood is typically more expensive than a non-dealership mechanic shop.....but they have taken the trouble to earn my trust....hope they will continue to keep their customer service reliable, transparent, and consistent. Lack of communication. There was a huge lack of communication between scheduling, parts,and service. I called for a same day appointment, I drove 35 miles out of my way to go to the appt, I was then told the tire I needed wasn't even there and that I couldn't get the tire I needed for 2 days. When I drove back another 35 miles and 2 says later, it was as if no one knew what was going on?! Oh! And that the tires I bought with a warranty I was actually going to have to pay for some fees and taxes that would've been in excess of over 100 dollars. Sadly, disappointed and would not recommend to anyone. Way too disorganized for me. Not very friendly either. More
