This dealership is good, but was trying to rush me to buy the vehicle due to it being the end of the month. I was trading in my own vehicle for this new vehicle, and he wanted me to sign my title before anyt the vehicle due to it being the end of the month. I was trading in my own vehicle for this new vehicle, and he wanted me to sign my title before anything was discussed. I don’t think it is appropriate to ask anyone to sign any paperwork until a deal is verbally agreed. He also said that he wanted me to get the best deal, but only waited for 2 financial institution to respond to my loan application. I had to call my bank and get a lower APR rate before he was able to get a lower APR rate from their lending partners. The dealership always say they want to give you the best deal, but always make sure to do your own research. More
Brought my ES350 in for tire pressure sensor problems caused by an independent tire dealer. Told them to save any old sensors as the tire shop would refund my $90 if I brought them back. A few weeks later, brought the car back for a front end vibration. 10+ year Lexus tech spent a day and half only to determine I needed a $6400 transmission. So I bought my wife a certified pre-owned RX 350. Then brought the ES350 to my independent shop and in less that 2 hours they determined the right front CV axle had a bad bearing. Fixed for less that $300. Perfect now. Saved $6400 on a non-fix. Got all my money back for that mess from Maplewood. But I now own an extra vehicle. Got the certified pre-owned RX home and found: Oil was changed but overfilled (and they forgot to reset the dash light indicator which lit after one week). Left rear tail light was out. Washer fluid was nearly empty. Hood and rear hatch gas springs needed to be replaced. No key for the locking lug nuts. Two tire pressure sensors had low battery and needed to be replaced. Car's battery was weak and needed replacement. I paid the premium price for "Certified" pre-owned. All I got was an oil change and car wash. Horrible experience! They just don't care. More
