Excellent service experience. The service advisor listened to my concern about not wanting to come inside the dealership for our 18 month/15,000 mike service. He scheduled a home pickup and delivery listened to my concern about not wanting to come inside the dealership for our 18 month/15,000 mike service. He scheduled a home pickup and delivery of our Lexus. It was all done on time, returned with a complimentary wash, and key and service sheet were left on the dashboard. Overall I would rate this a ten on a scale of one to ten. Excellent all around. More
