Lexus IS the best. I purchased a used Jaguar from them with very low miles and the service, pricing, everything- all perfect and as said. I appreciate their honesty and professionalism. I’m highly disappointed in the racial profiling at this store. Not only did I have to ask for help, I watched another Asian American get treated poorly by a salesman. After I asked for help from a salesman store. Not only did I have to ask for help, I watched another Asian American get treated poorly by a salesman. After I asked for help from a salesman, they brought over Raymond, a Korean Asian American. I don’t understand why the other man couldn’t have helped me buy my new car. There were multiple people standing around and avoiding all contact and assistance to help, highly unprofessional. Luckily enough, Raymond was very happy and helpful picking out my brand new and first Lexus. I also appreciated the finance personal, who was also a different race. I wish people would be more considerate when they are just standing around instead of helping out everyone that is at the store. Thank you so much Raymond for helping me pick my dream car! Can you please update the sales personnel because Raymond deserves 5 stars! More
