I purchased a used Acura TLX from Lexus of Maplewood. I noticed dried oil around the valve cover gasket. I mentioned it to Ray and he told me he had a tech look at it and the tech concluded it was not leak noticed dried oil around the valve cover gasket. I mentioned it to Ray and he told me he had a tech look at it and the tech concluded it was not leaking. 1 month later after taking the car to my mechanic, he told me the valve cover gasket is leaking and in need of replacement. I reached out to the GM Matt and he agreed since it was promised as a contingent of the deal that they would have the vehicle repaired. They paid for the entire bill completely out of warranty and provided me with a loaner vehicle while the car was being repaired at Acura of Bloomington. Highly recommend Lexus of Maplewood! They very much care about their reputation and ensure every customer is happy with their purchase. More
