In general, I am happy with Lexus of Maplewood. Can’t say I am overly pleased with Thomas Schultz, the service advisor I have been connected with. He is a little slow in responding to inquiries. For example, sent question last week about warranty issue where waiting for part, and still no response. Left VM this morning to follow up and still no reply by text or voice.. I was told he was in, and should call this morning— but have not heard from him. I asked to speak to manager about a month ago regarding warranty and he called back and gave me a temporary work around at least. Not the greatest solution but the best possible until this part comes in. ( I have been waiting since August, 2022).. More
Bought a BMW 525xi from Bobby Amirislani during the Summer of 2021. Paid for the vehicle in cash. Was told that everything was in great condition and took that for face value. The following year I am unable to drive the drive vehicle because it won't shift. About a year and a half have gone by since 2021 and I am now out of a car. "there's about 6000$ worth of repairs here." When I brought the vehicle in December 2022. Bobby did not disclose that my vehicle was a prior salvage. Frustrated with my experience as I am a young car buyer, that is feeling taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge. I can only hope Used Car Sales as a whole become better for all buyers. More
They were able to get me in the next day for an appointment and make sure I had a loaner vehicle while they had my car. Wish I could give them 0 stars. I purchased a used truck from them, a 2010 Chevy Silverado. I noticed upon taking it for a drive that it had a shake. I requested that they have an a I purchased a used truck from them, a 2010 Chevy Silverado. I noticed upon taking it for a drive that it had a shake. I requested that they have an alignment done. After the alignment was done I noticed that it still had a shake to it, however; I trusted that they did the alignment. I bought it as a work truck for my employees, it sat for about 4 months without driving it. Once my guys started, they noticed the shake too, and I decided to bring it to another shop. When I brought it to tire pros, they had let me know that inner tie rods, outer tie rods, ball joints, and struts, were all bad. In addition to leaking inter cooler lines, and differential. I asked how this was possible after just having the alignment 6 months prior, they informed me that there was no way that it was aligned, and that a whole front end does not go back in such a short time. I paid $4500 to have all of the issues fixed as no one had gotten back to me from Lexus. One month after this, stabilacontrol lights, traction control lights and reduced engine power all come on, I get ahold of Lexus because I purchased the extended warranty, after a week, they finally find out that it is the throttle body, part of the engine.. or so we thought. It’s attached to the engine, and makes the vehicle run, but is not considered a power train item, therefore it is on me to have it fixed. An additional $1500 for that. So this truck that I bought, and haven’t even owned a year (only 6 months) I have had to pay an additional $6,000 in repairs. I highly advise staying away from their used cars. They do not care about customer satisfaction, and their warranty is a joke. More

She went out of her way to fit me in the same day I called, provided a loaner, and kept me apprised of what to expect every step of the way, I would highly recommend Ali and the dealership.
