Stopped in to look at new Lexus to replace my 10 year old RX 350. The salesman, Tchu, was wonderful. He treated me terrific. He didn't ask about if my husband need to come in or anything like that. He asked very good questions about what I needed and wanted. And answered all my detailed questions about the changes between my current car and a future car. Gave me keys to one similar to what I wanted. Gave me directions as to a great path to take to experience the details of the car. After drive we talked a little more. I Ordered the version that gave me the features I wanted and left very happy with the experience. Car was delivered several weeks ahead of schedule. Again Tchu was wonderful guiding me through the process. Technical person 8showed me the changes and additions from my older Rx 340. When looking for the replacement, I had to.go back to Lexus of.Maplewood. Sales and service departments have been wonderful for my previous purchase. And now purchasing the new.one. More
