Extremely happy with Tim. I just went in to look but walked out with a new car! He was very knowledgeable and anticipated my questions so I did not even have to ask. Maplewood is an fantastic dealership. I will never go back to Lexus of Wayzata again. The sales manager at Wayzata (Stacey) has a huge ego problem is condescending, disrespectful, does no I will never go back to Lexus of Wayzata again. The sales manager at Wayzata (Stacey) has a huge ego problem is condescending, disrespectful, does not listen, likes to argue and does not represent the Lexus brand in a good way. He needs to go. Please make the GM aware of this. My salesperson Jonathan Rodriguez at Maplewood was so kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable.He is a good communicator and easy to work with. He deserves 5 stars and a raise! The Sales manager Mike Farrell was kind, considerate and easy to work with. I give him 5 stars. He deserves a raise also. Jakob Johnson the delivery coordinator was patient, kind and knowledgeable. There is a lot to learn and he was great! Give him a raise too! 5 Stars.
