I own my second Lexus 460GX from this dealership, and anticipate biting the next one from them as well. My service advisor Mike Mullen, as well as the entire service team is amazing! I never feel like I’m being talked into anything I do not need, and am never talked down to because I’m a woman who doesn’t know anything about cars. I’m provided with a comparable loaner when service is going to take an inconvenient amount of time. I highly recommend Lexus if Maplewood to anyone in the market for a car, new or used! More
