Four years ago, on a gray rainy day, I walked into a Lexus dealership and announced to the people standing there, "I'm in a bad mood, I'm not going to buy anything. Who wants me?" Greg Carlini stepped f Lexus dealership and announced to the people standing there, "I'm in a bad mood, I'm not going to buy anything. Who wants me?" Greg Carlini stepped forward and despite my pronouncement, ended up selling me a used Honda for my son. Since then I have bought not one but TWO pre-owned Lexus RXs from Greg. He has been a pleasure to deal with. I have also been extremely pleased with the way I was treated throughout the entire sales process and, more importantly -AFTERWARDS. The service people have all been friendly and courteous. The entire dealership is absolutely wonderful when it comes to following through (and this means a lot to me as it is so often not the case elsewhere). I have been a waitress and a cashier and am now a retired attorney. I know good service and bad service from both sides of the coin and I do not suffer fools gladly. Lexus of Maplewood has probably the best car service department of any car dealership I've ever been to. I brought two of my cars in and was able to pick up both at the same time with no problems or ha department of any car dealership I've ever been to. They also have a young lady, Stephanie, who seems to help out the advisors. She was so sweet, that my daughter wanted to come back just for her!
