Bought a preowned certified RX350 I have been in the market for an all wheel drive SUV. I was presently driving a 2006 Lexus ES 330. I I met Bobby on Friday and looked at five vehicles. On Saturday, I returned with my husband, Who was pretty adamant that we were just looking and not going to buy a car that day. I asked him to keep an open mind. Bobby was great to work with he really listened to what I wanted and asked all the right questions. He was also a wealth of information regarding competitors etc. My husband expressed the same feelings and we ended up buying a 2013 RX 350 certified preowned. I have never worked with the salesman as kind and competent as Bobby. More
