Mauricio is extremely knowledgable, honest, and takes the time to listen to your concern and gives you the correct advise. I am on my second car lease with Lexus of Manhattan. I have had an overall good experience with sales consultants but not with the service department. The service consultants have messed up the timing of have had an overall good experience with sales consultants but not with the service department. The service consultants have messed up the timing of my appointments (I have actually come in for service for them to tell me that it could not be done and they didnt have a telephone number to call me to let me know). With my first vehicle leased, I had to bring back the car at least one time because something simple I asked to be fixed was not checked, hence not completed. I have had trouble with the performance of the second vehicle I leased. I have brought it back several times (a case was opened with Lexus) but I cant seem to get it resolved. I have trouble getting call backs from anyone from the service department. I am writing this review as I am very frustrated and dont know what else to do. More

I leased my vehicle at another dealer, but left after unsatisfactory customer service. I came to Lexus of Manhattan initially for location, but stay for the fantastic staff.
