I came in contact with Kevin Yu when I traded in my 2000 RX300 to the 2011 RX350. Kevin is the best!!! I felt as though I was dealing with my own family. Not only was Kevin extremely helpful in the trade-in process but any subsequent question or problem that I had, I called Kevin (day or night) even on his cell phone!!! and he always saw me through the problem. Kevin & the dealership are the reason why I would trade in my 2011 car to a newer one (when the time comes),and would most certainly recommend Kevin, the dealership and of course the car to my friends. Our overall experience was good. Aladdin and Louis were really exceptional and great. They really made the long process bearable by being very attentative, patient and professional with us. If they were not able to give us an answer immediately, they always assured us they will get the answer and call us bank, and sure enough, they always did call back as promised. We really appreciate them and look fotward to our next purchase as long as they are there. Lastly, we love our new baby - LEXY. That's what we call her (our Lexus). More
Gary was very helpful. The whole transaction was quick and effecient. I bought the new car on Wednesday and drove off a titled and insured car on Thursday. 02/08/11 I am interested in the purchase of the 2010 RX 454h. I had sent an inquiry to this dealership and have spoken to Tiffany Rollins, who was probably the most professional person to talk to. It turned out that they did not have any new 2010 RX 450h in stock but that there was a used one. She refereed us to a sales associate on Monday called Brent Broderson. He told us over the phone that the car was a loner car and that it was never sold before. This turned out not to be truth! Up on review of the CarFax the car has been previously owned. As you can imagine it doesn't feel good to be lied to, but we were already there so we still wanted to see the car and test drive it. He proceeded to tell us that the car is in the "Holding Area" and took me and my pregnant wife on a back door tour of your dealership showing us two flights of stairs of a parking garage. The car was dirty and had scratches and a busted front left bumper. Not the best experience so far especially when we are spending 40 – 45 K on a car. We test drove the vehicle and came back to the dealership to be told that, someone else has already purchased the vehicle! And that he would love to put our name on waiting list in case the deal falls through. But to do that he would immediately require a deposit! This vehicle is still showing as available online and the list price is 2000 lower than the price we were quoted. This kind of laying and manipulations remind me of good old days of selling "Lemons" that I had thought are long gone. We found His behavior unprofessional and disrespectful. The next day I called the national Lexus sales asking to do inventory search for a new 2010 RX 450. They told me that a nationwide system doesn't exists and that your dealership can pull regional dealer inventory. I was referred to Roger D and Greg R both managers. I called about 5 times attempting to reach them without any success. I left messages to be called back, and still I have not received any call back. I also left a VM to Louis Rivera and have not received a call back. 02/09/11 Update: After contacting the dealership manager (Ignazio) I got a call back within an hour. He profusely apologized for the experience and offered to do anything to make it better. He offered to find a vehicle for me at dealer cost. Unfortunately only the 2010 vehicles without the Nav were available in the area, and the 2011 did not have the same incentives. I was able to find a vehicle I was looking for at EveryCarListed.com and purchased it the same week. 03/03/11 Update. Ignazio called again to see how I liked the car and to ask for him when I go in for the first service. Nice touch. More
