We were in the market for a car (new or used, lease or purchase), and decided to focus on Lexus and Acura. When we came into this showroom, we were met by Aldo Pinotti, a young salesman who was even-hande purchase), and decided to focus on Lexus and Acura. We did not feel any of the pressure or unease we all fear when going through the car-buying process. While Aldo is somewhat new to car sales, he is a professional in the best sense of that word: smart, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. If there was ever a point at which he could not answer a question, he was honest and sought out the help of other Lexus of Manhattan team members. It meant a lot to us that they all work together so well. When it came time to put together the financing package, Anise Padang, the financing service manager, could not have been more straightforward in his explanations of the deal. All in all, it was a (shockingly!) pleasant experience. We will be happy to return to Lexus of Manhattan (and Aldo) again when we are ready for our next car. More
