JP Mack was extremely helpful. Not only was he caring and friendly, but he went out of his way to make sure that I got what I wanted. They did not have the color combination that I wanted for my 2011 IS 250, friendly, but he went out of his way to make sure that I got what I wanted. They did not have the color combination that I wanted for my 2011 IS 250, so JP got on a train the next day to Albany and picked up the car from a dealership that was four hours away and drove it back to New York City that night so I could pick up the vehicle the next day before my lease expired.
