THIS WAS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH LEXUS OF MANHATTAN, AND THIS WAS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH LEXUS OF MANHATTAN, AND I WAS VERY IMPRESSED. JAMES IS A FIRST CLASS SALESMAN, AND LEXUS OF MANHATTAN IS A FIRST THIS WAS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH LEXUS OF MANHATTAN, AND I WAS VERY IMPRESSED. JAMES IS A FIRST CLASS SALESMAN, AND LEXUS OF MANHATTAN IS A FIRST CLASS DEALERSHIP.THE ENTIRE PROCESS OF SELECTING AND LEASING A NEW 2012 ES 350 WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND ENJOYABLE. JAMES RAHIM WAS UPFRONT AND TO THE POINT. I DID NOT HAVE TO PLAY CAT AND MOUSE WITH HIM TO GET TO THE ANSWERS I WAS LOOKING FOR. AND, THERE WAS NO GOOD GUY/BAD GUY ROUTINE OF BOUNCING ME AROUND BETWEEN JAMES RAHIM AND A "MANAGER" NO JAMES AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT , ETC. FURTHER , I WAS SIMULTANEOUSLY RETURNING MY LEASED 2008 ES350, WHICH I HAD NOT LEASED FROM LEXUS OF MANHATTAN, AND THE LEASE RETURN DEPARTMENT WAS EQUALLY UPFRONT AND EFFICIENT WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND LOVELY PEOPLE SPECIALY JAMES RAHIM. I RECOMMEND THAT PLACE TO ANYONE LOOKING TO HAVE FUN AND PLEASURE GETTING A NEW CAR. More
