Outstanding Service and Professionalism I found it necessary to locate the Managing Director as I had to take the time to praise the professionalism, and customer service I experienced recently from both Randy Pushkin & Gary Foster. As General Manager of a new electronic company located in New York, I preach customer service, where in this day and age it has become a point of differentiation. Randy and Gary, whom I do not know, were outstanding with regard to customer support as I sought the new 2012, Lexus RX350. From the onset Gary was extremely knowledgeable being well versed on the capabilities, functionality & alike. When working with Randy, you would be hard pressed to find anyone in the US with their level of expertise, yet they also projected a friendly & professional demeanor. I am uniquely qualified to make such comments as I also depend on good customer service for the success of my company. Through the years, yet to date, I have never been totally pleased with any of the US dealership’s levels of service. We were in the market for a car (new or used, lease or purchase), and decided to focus on Lexus and Acura. When we came into this showroom, we were met by Aldo Pinotti, a young salesman who was even-hande purchase), and decided to focus on Lexus and Acura. When we came into this showroom, we were met by Aldo Pinotti, a young salesman who was even-handed and gracious in allowing us to determine that a used Lexus best served our needs. We did not feel any of the pressure or unease we all fear when going through the car-buying process. While Aldo is somewhat new to car sales, he is a professional in the best sense of that word: smart, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. If there was ever a point at which he could not answer a question, he was honest and sought out the help of other Lexus of Manhattan team members. It meant a lot to us that they all work together so well. When it came time to put together the financing package, Anise Padang, the financing service manager, could not have been more straightforward in his explanations of the deal. All in all, it was a (shockingly!) pleasant experience. We will be happy to return to Lexus of Manhattan (and Aldo) again when we are ready for our next car. More
