He was very generous and patient providing instruction in the features of my new car. Since it was the end of the month James and his manager Aladin were ready to make a deal and I felt I got a good price. I never felt pressured or pushed. James was helpful, providing straightforward explanations and a personal style that reassured me that he would also be available to make my ownership of the car a pleasant experience even after making the sale. Joel Longares is definitely the best salesperson ever! If it wasn't for him I wouldn't be driving a Lexus. First of all, he has all the patience in the world. At the dealership me and my wife were impressed immedietly with the polite atmosphere as we looked around . Before being left alone to long salesman Elhadji Toure.approached us and asked if he could help, from that moment I felt comfortable about making a purchase. I am not wealthy and in purchasing a Lexus, it was a real need to be comfortable. I had to be convinced this high end purchase could also prove productive to my lifestyle. After hearing all the qualities of the vehicle from Elhajdi is sure I would be happy with my purchase. Elhadji was friendly and informative. He introduced us to co workers and guided us through every step personally . I have just taken possession of a 2011 RX350 and feel I must comment on my deallings   with the staff of Manhattan Lexus. Being from far away Canada I must confess I was   somewhat apprehensive on the outcome of this experience.   My first contact was MARLIES JOHNSON (MJ) who quickly put me at ease with   caring attention and valuable information on the vehicle I had spotted on the internet.MJ   was most thorough  and always easily accessable to all my concerns and needs.   My next contact was LEONARDO LINARES who continued with the high standart of   service providing me with the confidence  and trust to procceed with the purchase of the   vehicle site unseen. Leonardo meticulously prepared all the documentation and   planning required to import the RX350 into Canada. (This paid huge dividends at the   border). When I finally picked up the RX350, Leonardo patiently spared no effort to   insure I was fully informed on all the funtions of the RX350 and to ensure I had a safe   trip home procceeded to enter my home address on the navigation system and   connected my cell phone to the car,s blue tooth phone system.   Lexus of Manhattan must be proud to have in their employ such proffessional and   caring staff who miss no minute detail.   My wife and I , now back in Canada sum up this experience as very positive.   Sincerely;   Joe Simoes   More

After a brief conversation leonardo suggested we take a walk and there i was inspecting a gx 470. The next four days that followed was the best of my car buying experience. He was excellent , came across very honest,knowledgeable and very attentive to our needs/concern.Delivered on what was promised.
