I feel that he really listend to what we want and tried to help us find the perfect car. We didn't not feel pressued to make a decision at all at any point. When we finally found one we like, he was honest with us and patiently went through all the details/imperfectness about the car with us and did not try to hide anything, which made us feel very comfortable and at ease. He was with us every steps of the process to explain everything and made the whole experience as painless as possible. We drove the car home the same day and decided to drive back later in the week to the dealership for touchups and service. He called to follow up and made sure everything is in order. Aldo is the person you want when lookig for cars.
