The Lexus of Manhattan dealership is beautiful by the way. The people there are very welcoming. I didn't have that experience in many of the dealerships I went into. My sales associate Raymond was so kind, patient and really listened to what I needed. I never felt pressured and was taken care of every step of the way. I was completely open to any brand but Lexus checked the boxes when it came to model style, features, price, overall longevity and service. I noticed that communication between the departments was very efficient. Sani, the manager, was always present. I was never left just waiting, trying to figure out what was happening. Everything was done very quickly. When the car that I was interested in was in storage, they moved it to the dealer location by the very next day. My buying process took a few days because I had a few things to work out. When Raymond was out for the day, Konstantinos took over and took care of us. He was so pleasant to work with. Nothing was stepped over; everything was explained from finalizing the buying process to explaining everything about the car to me before I left the lot. I had such a great experience working with Raymond and Konstantinos I would definitely buy another car from them in the future.
