Once you came in to meet with us it became obvious that there had been some significant miscommunication between you and some of my colleagues via email. We always aim to offer a transparent and positive purchasing experience for all of our customers but we are human and unfortunately a small communication error prevented us from meeting your expectations. Mr. Rojek You and Dan Leach assured me that the "Certified" 2014 Lexus 300H I purchased from you earlier this year had never been in an accident. When I pointed out a mismatch between the front bumper and frame you assured me (in writing) that it had been repaired. Both of these responses proved false. We have talked, without any resolution. I paid you $36,500. for this Lexus car. Given its hidden accident history, its clear I overpaid. I believe I am owed a refund.
