The staff at this dealership are dishonest and do not follow through with their agreement(s) once they receive your sale. I purchased a vehicle in March 2021. On the day of purchase one of the internal l follow through with their agreement(s) once they receive your sale. I purchased a vehicle in March 2021. On the day of purchase one of the internal lights did not come on, so I offered to leave the vehicle and return for the vehicle once the issue was fixed. I was told to take the vehicle to a Lexus dealer in my state (Pennsylvania) to make the repair, send the receipt once the repair was made and I would be reimbursed. I followed the instructions given and over a year and a half later, I have only been met with ignored phone calls and emails by Sales Rep. Stephen Johnson and Manager Rich Velija. Both men promised to make the deal whole but once the sale was over, their effort to return emails and or calls ended. I strongly suggest customers attempt making deals with other dealers who are honest and do not lie to their customers. The total repair costed $114.96 and they are evading their responsibility/ promise to reimburse, so image if the cost was more. I encourage you'll to do business with someone you can trust. More

He was not patient and didn't want to offer us with test drive. Finally, we got the car from Ari, with far below MSRP price with good experience. Stay away with Kevin! More
I’ll begin by cutting to the chase: I was sold a used car that, despite multiple reassurances that it was in excellent condition, needed immediate attention after the sale. I’ve given a great deal of consideration to this review of my experience in purchasing a used vehicle from the Lexus dealership. Ultimately I’m satisfied with my purchase although I will not be a repeat customer and would urge others to exercise caution before purchasing a used vehicle from this Lexus dealership. I was in the market for a new car when my previous car was demolished while parked on street by a reckless driver. I spent two weeks looking for a specific car and this particular dealership was the only location that had what I was looking for in a 150 mile radius. Some positives: the dealership itself is new, projects a certain luxury, and the sales agent was warm and friendly. Unfortunately the Lexus dealership performed zero maintenance on this vehicle despite stating otherwise. I’ve purchased numerous other cars and in every instance, the car was tuned up before I drove it off the lot. This was not the case at Lexus. I took the sales agent at his word when he said that it was in excellent condition and would not need to have anything addressed for a significant amount of time because it would be serviced by the in house mechanic. Within a few days, it was clear there were issues. City driving yielded 8 or 9 miles to the gallon and the breaks squeaked loudly. I brought the vehicle to be assessed by my local mechanic and another mechanic to confirm the evaluation: the spark plugs were original to the car and totally shot, the oil was dirty, the cabin filters haven’t been replaced in ~30,000 miles, the break pads needed to be addressed immediately as the indicators were visible. Additionally, there were acorns in the engine bed suggesting that the shield was never removed by the Lexus mechanic. When I articulated this concern to the Lexus dealership with the hope they might address it, I was told that my mechanic was trying to take advantage of me, that the vehicle met the state standards for inspection. The best they could offer was an oil change. Since having the car repaired by my mechanic, it has been humming along beautifully and the fuel economy is now at the manufacturers standard. Big picture: I am the happy owner of a car that I wanted and hope to drive for years to come. I also feel fortunate that this vehicle did not have more significant issues given the lack of accountability in the Lexus service department and sales department. More

Do not trust this dealership , they are overestimating repairs and billing for things that do not need to be replaced. I took my Lexus here for a hood light sensor that kept on , they stated the whole har repairs and billing for things that do not need to be replaced. After extorting me out of a ridiculous 840 diagnostic fee and claiming 4 hours for diagnosing I took it to smithtown where cost of repairing a single wire was 665. Fake false diagnostic quote to milk insurance out of 12,000 dollars . They can't explain the discrepancy , it's a huge difference replacing a whole harness from one small white wire . They are disgusting and not to be trusted with your vehicle , it's sad that you have this type of behavior going on but I believe in God and karma . They should be ashamed trying to shake down my insurance and a disabled person , sad and pathetic . I'll post my proof since people should be informed with facts that this outfit is fraudulent and not to be trusted , you will be overcharged for parts and repair your car does not need. Shout out to Lexus of Smithtown who did the right thing and actually repaired my car with class and honesty, they are the reason I'm sticking with Lexus and will go to them to get a new car .
