***Buyers Beware** This is a classic bait and switch dealership. We were interested in a used car and called to confirm the availability. We were informed that the car is available and on the lot. Sinc dealership. We were interested in a used car and called to confirm the availability. We were informed that the car is available and on the lot. Since we are 3 hours out, we called twice to make sure the car is still available. We were ensured that it is available and ready for purchase. After making the long drive, we met the sales manager. He told us that the car is not available and has a deposit on it. He was rude, condescending and totally unprofessional. These kind of shady tactics are not expected a reputed brand like Lexus. Even corner used car lots are better than this. If i could give zero stars, i would. A formal complaint will be submitted to the BBB, Lexus and the FTC. More
