Excellent service! Years ago, when I first had service at Bedford Lexus, I was not impressed. Good service, but too much emphasis on sales. I'd go in for an oil change and get 3 followup emails and 2 phone calls. They've improved greatly since that time. Josh was great to work with. The emphasis was all on what I needed, not what they'd been told to sell. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service center. More

10 Yr. Old car still purrs. Had my car towed in (leaking Transmission Fluid), Laurie was flexible since I was late and she took care of me between other customers. Reported back Had my car towed in (leaking Transmission Fluid), Laurie was flexible since I was late and she took care of me between other customers.
