Each time has been an excellent experience with the service representative. They contact us with issues the service technicians finds during a comprehensive inspection process. They tell us the recommended work and cost to perform the work. We appreciate the loaner, always a new Lexus, so we can visit shops in the Bedford area while our car is being serviced. We will continue to use Lexus of Manchester as our primary service facility. More

The staff here is competent, courteous, and completes the service work in seemingly record time. I've never had to return for any rework. I drive 90+ miles from my home to reach this dealership, and it's always worth it. More
