10,000 mile scheduled Service. I had my 10,000 factory service visit for my 2017 ES 350. The overall experience was great. The amenities, space, free wifi in the waiting area for se I had my 10,000 factory service visit for my 2017 ES 350. The overall experience was great. The amenities, space, free wifi in the waiting area for service customers was outstanding. I had the oil changed, tires rotated, multi-point inspection and a new state inspection performed. Everyone I encountered and interacted with was very friendly and courteous. The service took about 2 hrs. Overall a very positive experience. A couple of minor points of constructive criticism. Although I was not in a big hurry on Nov. 9th, I was not informed what the estimated time to complete the service + inspection would be. I could have requested an estimate, but I should not have to ask. Secondly, my driver seat adjustments and temperature/fan adjustments were not returned to the settings in place when I brought the car in for service. I understand the settings may require the Service Technician to change them to test car's performance, but having the attention to detail to note those settings when you start and return the car with those settings set exactly the way the user had them would not require much extra effort and for me is the difference between "great service and exceptional service." More
