2011 IS 250 79,000 servicing Servicing was excellent and did not take long. Service waiting area was comfortable with coffee , bagels and other food and beverage items. Wow what service! I just dropped off my car for warranty work. I had never been to Ira Lexus of Manchester before. First, their waiting room was super nice. People g I just dropped off my car for warranty work. I had never been to Ira Lexus of Manchester before. First, their waiting room was super nice. People greeted you immediately and were super nice. The waiting room had coffee, bagels, cookies, chips, drinks, all complimentary. Couches, higher chairs, private laptop work areas and more - very nice. They gave me a complimentary loaner car while they did the work. But it was when I picked up my car that really impressed me. Washed, vacuumed, topped off the air in my tires (which were low) and opened the doors for us to get in and drive home. Really wowed me! Then when I got home I noticed they had replaced my key fob Lexus leather wrapper which had been very old and frayed with a brand new one. That just topped it off for me! Wow! I'll be back for sure! More
