Top notch customer attention It was a snowy monday morning when I arrived for my 9:45 service appointment and there were several cars already ahead of me in line at the service en It was a snowy monday morning when I arrived for my 9:45 service appointment and there were several cars already ahead of me in line at the service entrance. Two men with clip boards were going from car to car getting info from the drivers and checking the cars and its tires. The drivers then left their cars and entered the waiting room. In my case I left the car and went shopping. A little later someone from the service dept. called me on my cell phone to review what I wanted done while they had my car. Another call came later to tell me that my car was ready for pick up. When I did go to get the car one of the two original men brought the car into the covered bay (it was still snowing) and led me to it. Wishing me a good day he raised the big door and out I went. Overall, a great experience. More

Complimentary beverages and bagels are an added touch. The service coordinators have always been attentive and understanding. More importantly, in almost six years of service since I purchased my car here, I've always felt and observed that everything recommended was reasonable and necessary while the work done has always been effective and efficient. It's certainly also reassuring to be driving a vehicle, though almost eight years old at this point, that has never ever needed anything beyond ordinary maintenance. More
