Great service I've been working with Lexus of Bedford for a number of years. The service is always excellent. But during the early visits, it was clear that they were told to sell, sell, sell. I wrote them a note complaining about this after I went in for an oil change, had to wait for about a half hour before I even met with the service rep who spent about 20 minutes (maybe not quite) being friendly and telling me all the additional things we could do. All I needed was an oil change. During the following days, I got three email messages and a couple of phone calls to follow up. It was just an oil change. In any event, I did send a note and I was pleased the next visit to see that they moved things right along. No big upsell. I've stayed with them for about 6 years now, and glad I did. Josh is great to work with. More

Professional & Friendly Service Department All of my visits to the Ira Lexus Service Department have been excellent. Barry is the best Service Valet and is great at his job. He always greets me with a smile and is quick to check in my vehicle and get me to the waiting area (which is comfortable and super clean). Dana reviews the service order with me, provides a cost estimate and gets me out to the loaner car quickly. He knows his car stuff and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. He follows up with a telephone call when necessary and is kind enough to notify me when my car is ready. No one likes to take make time for a vehicle service, but Barry and Dana make it so pleasant, it's much easier to tolerate. More
