What I love is how I am immediately greeted and signed in when I arrive into the garage. First time in, received my inspection sticker within 15 minutes. Totally delighted. The second time I was in, Dawn offered to call me when she knew firm details about my seat repair instead of leaving me to wait for hours. And yesterday, just as she had promised, my car was repaired in about an hour. 3 great service appointments. More

Great service I've been working with Lexus of Bedford for a number of years. The service is always excellent. But during the early visits, it was clear that they I've been working with Lexus of Bedford for a number of years. The service is always excellent. But during the early visits, it was clear that they were told to sell, sell, sell. I wrote them a note complaining about this after I went in for an oil change, had to wait for about a half hour before I even met with the service rep who spent about 20 minutes (maybe not quite) being friendly and telling me all the additional things we could do. All I needed was an oil change. During the following days, I got three email messages and a couple of phone calls to follow up. It was just an oil change. In any event, I did send a note and I was pleased the next visit to see that they moved things right along. No big upsell. I've stayed with them for about 6 years now, and glad I did. Josh is great to work with. More
