Arrangement for a loaner vehicle was, as requested commensurate with my own vehicle which was a real pleasure. I greatly appreciate the care that is taken while servicing my car. I don't have to worry about dirt, grease, or minor paint nicks. Very pleased and you folks are my "go to". Went in for a recall. Issues were found during inspection. I wasn't planning on spending a $1000 buck when I brought the car in for recall. I arrived without an appointment, after red lights appeared on my dash while driving on the highway 101.. My 2005 ES330 is my third Lexus since 1992. I have lived in three other states during that time (Virginia, Missouri, and Illinois) and was always very satisfied with service at my Lexus dealer. The service at Ira was my best service ever. Service Consultant, Laurie Beauchemin, thoroughly explained everything that needed to be addressed. When the invoice was ready, she carefully went through it with me. In between, she was checking on me and offering explanations and suggestions, while I waited for my car. Laurie is a very valuable asset to Ira Lexus. Certified Technician, Tim Thirkell, was the best I had ever encountered. He worked on my car for 8 hours and took care of numerous issues, including 90K mile service. Laurie took me to the service bay, where Tim showed me what he was doing and why. He explained issues that needed to be addressed immediately and issues to watch for down the road. I commented that the engine looked really dirty, so Tim actually power washed it for me. Both Laurie and Tim went the extra mile and I had complete confidence in them.
