Ira Lexus of Manchester is well worth the 35 minute drive for me. I have dealt with other Lexus dealerships (briefly!) and none compare with the the Bedford crew. Every time I make an appointment to have my car serviced I have to wait. Today it was a total of 50 minutes just to have them log in my car for service while I waited for Laurie Beauchemin. There were several other people that could have helped but instead they chose to make customers wait. Why should I wait that long just to log in my car when I already had an appointment? It is like this each and every time. Additionally there was another couple that requested a loaner and drove all the way from Dover to be told sorry we have no loaners and you need to reschedule or wait for your car for what I assume is like 3 hours after the hour it takes just to check a car in. More
