Everyone is so focused on this survey that that it matters more to them that I fill this out and give 5 stars more than it does that they actually are listening to me, the customer. Beginning with my first day at Lexus buying my car until now this is true. Even though I was not satisfied with my experience accepting delivery of my car,!I was encouraged to only give the best rating for my salesperson. I couldn’t believe it! Today I asked the person reminding me to fill out my survey with 5 stars that she actually never asked me if I was satisfied or happy and that she was more interested in me giving her 5 stars. She then went on to tell me that it’s like a mortgage payment to her. And if you fall behind and get a low score it takes a lot to make it up. But still, she never asked how my experience was. I had 3 (!) people today at your dealership seemingly be more interested in their 5 stars on the survey than whether I had a 5 star experience. More

The service was excellent Josh was stellar. I’m upset that I needed brakes replaced at only 17,000 miles. In 45 years of owning cars I’ve never seen this happen.
