During three of my test rides I learned that she was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was eager to share that knowledge which made me more comfortable with all the advanced technology in the RX350. I can not think of a single negative comment about Trisha or the Dealership. This is somewhat surprising as I did not expect a car purchase to be enjoyable.
