30,000 Mi Checkup with Extras Laurie was great. Super informative. I had some work done at the Watertown location and it was not the greatest experience. The difference between Wat Laurie was great. This was Monday, June 26, and couldn't pick up my car until I returned from a trip on June 28. Barry was the person who checked me in and, as always, was friendly and made sure that the car would be ready upon my return. When I arrived to pick it up, I went straight to the service desk, signed my papers, and was on my way in less than 5 minutes. The IRA Lexus team is terrific. More
