Superior service, friendly employees, fair service prices. I had a tire, damaged by a screw at the side wall tread junction, replaced. Honest service department I came in to have my older Lexus looked over and to complete some repairs. She was forthcoming with the fact the service department was a bit short handed for the day. I was in no rush but appreciated her honesty. When she called later in the evening to give me the work update and new estimate I did not feel any pressure from her to have unnecessary work completed. She made me feel comfortable about the diagnostics that were preformed and what repairs I should complete. She also informed me about a $70 rebate for the tires I was purchasing. The total due came in less than the estimate, which is always appreciated. When picking up my car the cashier was very friendly and helped ensure I had all the paperwork necessary to complete the tire rebate. All the service people I encountered were smiling and friendly. Overall, my experience was wonderful and I would recommend your service department to others. More
