Patched tire that had a nail in it My tire pressure warning light came on and thank goodness I took it seriously. I took a walk around the vehicle and didn't see any obvious problem, no My tire pressure warning light came on and thank goodness I took it seriously. I took a walk around the vehicle and didn't see any obvious problem, none of the tires looked low, so I was considering ignoring the warning light and chalking it up to the wide temperature swings over the past few days. But I decided to call the dealership and ask them to check it out. They were able to fit me in right away. They examined the tire pressure all around and found one tire was a little low. They inspected that tire more closely and discovered the root cause ... there was a nail in the tire! They pulled the tire off and were able to patch it and get me back on the road right away. More

WE WERE GREETED VER WE HAVE BEEN SHOPPING FOR A NEW LEXUS FOR A FEW MONTHS NOW. WE WENT ON LINE AND FOUND WHAT WE WANTED AT IRA LEXUS IN MANCHESTER. WE WERE GREETED VERY EFFICIENTLY AND INTRODUCED TO BRITNEY COSTA A SALES REPRESENTATIVE. SHE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND QUITE NICE TO DEAL WITH. SHE SPENT A LOT OF TIME WITH US AND WE TEST DROVE TWO CARS. WE ORIGINALLY WERE LOOKING AT AN FCS. WE DIDN'T BUY RIGHT AWAY BECAUSE WE WERE UNSURE IF IT WAS THE CAR WE WANTED. WE SAW THAT THE LC 500 HAD COME OUT AND BRITNEY CALLED TO CHECK BACK WITH US. SHE WAS ATTENTIVE BUT NOT HIGH PRESSURE. HIGH PRESSURE WOULD HAVE SENT US FROM THE DEALERSHIP. SHE WAS HELPFUL AND SAID WHY DON'T YOU TRY THE NEW LC. WE LOVED IT AND BOUGHT IT. IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. IF WE HAD A QUESTION, THEN BRITNEY GOT THE ANSWER FOR US. More

Superior service, friendly employees, fair service prices. I had a tire, damaged by a screw at the side wall tread junction, replaced. In the past, this service dep't at Lexus of Manchester, on two occasions,. successfully did work on my other Lexus that two Lexus dealers in Floriaa, my winter residence, said would be impossible to accomplish. There is very good reason that I travel more than 30 miles to this service facility. More
Honest service department I came in to have my older Lexus looked over and to complete some repairs. I gave the service representative (Laurie) the things I wanted to have looked over. She was very personable and took the time to make the meeting personalized. She was forthcoming with the fact the service department was a bit short handed for the day. I was in no rush but appreciated her honesty. When she called later in the evening to give me the work update and new estimate I did not feel any pressure from her to have unnecessary work completed. She made me feel comfortable about the diagnostics that were preformed and what repairs I should complete. She also informed me about a $70 rebate for the tires I was purchasing. The total due came in less than the estimate, which is always appreciated. When picking up my car the cashier was very friendly and helped ensure I had all the paperwork necessary to complete the tire rebate. All the service people I encountered were smiling and friendly. Overall, my experience was wonderful and I would recommend your service department to others. More
