It was as pleasant as could be expected. I asked the saleswoman to try her best and expedite the time she spent away in the manager's office negotiating. The initial trip to the manager's office was somewhat longer than I would have liked. But before she left the second time, I told her nicely that she had better make it quick because I wasn't going to sit patiently. She came back lickety split with the deal I asked for and it was done. I appreciate expedience. She delivered. More

We sat for 1hr 30 min only one guy working. When he got to us he apologized and was very professional. We have closed on three homes in the past thirty years and although requiring more signatures were done quicker. We left around 7:20. I would recommend this dealership on past experiences but not on this particular one More
